When is E going to start eating? You have him doing so in spurts and it's not working.
I think E. needs Dr. Phill to ask him "How's that workin' for you?" with all the times E's done the same thing over and over again.

The thing is, he'd probably say it's working pretty well for him, and is better than the alternative...

Einar doesn't have an edge anymore. He used to know what was important to survive. How long can a body starve without suffering brain damage?

Einar doesn’t have brain damage--though deficiencies of certain minerals and general lack of fuel can temporarily interfere with brain function--but he certainly doesn’t like that Bud Kilgore seems to be able to come up there and get the best of him in his own territory. I guess he ought see that as a sign that something may need to change.

  1. The " alternative" would be for him to be eating regularly and getting stronger not weaker. If the new "guest" to the mountain were foe instead of friend he and possibly Liz & Will might be dead or captured by now.

I very much appreciate the time and energy that you put into the is story but if this were real.......let's face E would have been dead a long time ago. No ones body can stand that much starvation.

Sorry, I know it's just a story but I am getting tired of reading the same thing over and over again, with someone given E's lifes histroy, that in real life would be smart enough to want to be at the top of his game.

Maybe I need to take a break from the story.

Again, thanks for all the hard work and time that it takes day after day to churn a chapter a day, almost. ;-)

Yes, that is true and Einar needs to realize that he's putting them in danger that way, and has no right to do so.

That simply isn't true--at least not necessarily. Many have withstood worse, and come through it. And if *you're* getting tired of Einar's life--well, think how it must be for him....
