Russell H Whyte said...Einar's condition means they haven't cached as much as they need if they have to vacate the cottage. If pursuit is close by then this could get real nasty.
Having to run now and abandon all they’ve put aside at the cabin for the winter would mean some incredibly difficult months for the three of them, and would really bring into doubt their ability to make it through the winter.
