Here is where I've been, the past few days.  Great to see the first snow of the season!

Will still work on having a chapter ready for this evening.

  1. Looks very inviting Chris. Here today we are expecting around 36 Celsius - that's around 100F! And it's only spring :(

  2. Nice !!!! Probably no tourists out there, to cold, they seem to leave Oregon, when there are more than Four Drops of RAIN on the Windshield, at a time, it really blocks their view.... Seldom does a Tourist ~leave~ their car, I mean, they are in Wild Country, after all.....

BTW, Steel Butterfly, Spring? Your South of the Equator ????? Wowsers !!!!!

  3. Nice snow, for first falling... It probably cut down on the tourist problem, her in Or E Gun, our tourists leave, if Four or More drops of rain, are upon their Windshield at a time !!!!

Hey, steel butterfly, welcome !!!! If its Spring their, your water goes down the drain counter clockwise???? I have always wondered about that !!!!

Philip, in the BoonDocks of Or E GUN !!!!

  4. Chris Sorry for double post above, my iPad burped, and showed zero first post, as much as I tried to get it done... And I didn't see it upon post 2, when I saw 4 posts, I thought you came back in, and said howdy.... Like you do.... Arrrrggg, just when I think I got this I pad figured out..... It Burps !!!!!!

And, don't even ask about how my iPhone upgrade went, iOS 7, gag me with an Entrenching Tool, a spoon would not take care of it !!!!!! Their new "look" is painfully devoid of color... White on Rice at ~least~ has tonal variations.... My home screen & second screen were not allowing me to "read" the white font, so... I took a photo, of ~Darkness~ with No Flash, so I could see the Fonts, Is That Dumb????

steel butterfly, welcome, from America's Left Coast, I am very rural where I am..... The neighbor live in a remodeled BARN!

    1. Thanks for the welcome Philip, I'm a country girl at heart. Grew up where most people lived in converted farm buildings, (mostly 'cos they were better looked after than the original houses) I've been reading Einar's saga since the beginning of M.E. on the nutty site ;) Here, like there, I just play "possum".

  5. Steel Butterfly, yours is a different climate, for sure! Maybe I could send you some snow. :)

Philip, no tourists up where I was, but were some bowhunters' camps along the way. Tourists have mostly gone from up there--hey, even the sheep were leaving! I met this bunch on the road, on my way up. Brought them down just in time, ahead of that snow.

The new chapter will have to wait for tomorrow. Busier day than I had expected, today. Sorry for the delay...
